Thank you for choosing JeepSnapCaps! We're dedicated to getting your Jeep accessories to you as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle and dispatch your orders.

Order Processing Time

We know you're eager to customize your Jeep! We strive to process all orders within [1-3] business days (Monday - Friday, excluding US federal holidays). During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer, but we'll always work hard to get your order out quickly.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship our products primarily from our base in Southern California. We offer the following shipping options for our domestic customers:

  • USPS Standard Shipping (for SnapCaps & larger items): This is our primary shipping method for most Snap Cap orders. Estimated delivery time is typically 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided.
  • USPS First Class Mail (for Stickers & very small items): To keep costs down for smaller items like individual stickers, these may be sent via USPS First Class Mail in a standard envelope. Please note that tracking is not available for this method, and delivery times can vary, potentially taking up to 7-14 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination.

  • Standard Shipping: unless mentioned on an individual product page, shipping is free.

International Shipping

  • We Currently Do Not Offer International Shipping: At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. 

Order Tracking

For all orders shipped with tracking (typically all Snap Cap orders and expedited shipments), you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress on the carrier's website (e.g., USPS.com). Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive the confirmation email.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including any apartment or suite numbers. We recommend using a USPS-verified address whenever possible.

  • JeepSnapCaps is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. We will contact you if your package is returned to us.
  • We will not replace or refund orders sent via USPS First Class Mail (stickers) if an unverified or incorrect address was provided.

Lost or Damaged Items

While we package our products securely, issues can sometimes occur during transit.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please first check with your neighbors and local post office. For standard USPS mail (especially stickers), please allow up to 14 business days from your shipping notification before considering it lost. If your package is confirmed lost in transit (and tracking does not show delivered), please contact us.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [3] days of receiving it. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can assist you.
